Booking and payment: the amount shown in your quote is the rental price in ZAR. Submitting the booking form is a request; we confirm it and then send payment details. The booking deposit shown in your quote secures your dates and is credited to the rental total; it is not a refundable damage bond. The rest must be paid as agreed before delivery.

Dates: the start date is the delivery date; the end date is the collection date. Prices are per night. Confirm delivery/collection times and the expected heat-up time with us; the date alone does not promise that the water will be hot at a particular hour.

Site suitability: confirm access, a flat, level surface that can carry a full tub, a garden hose and water for filling, drainage, and a safe place for the wood-fired heater, away from anything that can burn. Only make a fire when the water is above the heater connector, and put out all coals before draining.
